Bossler is third on the career scoring list with 2,278 points. He was named to the NAIA District 19 First Team in 1984. After his playing career at Alvernia, Bossler spent a year as the coach at Penn State-Berks and a year as the coach of the junior varsity program at Alvernia. He spent 14 seasons as the coach of the Daniel Boone and Exeter high school boy’s teams and complied a 176-128 overall record. He guided the Daniel Boone team to the 1991 Berks County final against Reading High, which at the time was led by
Donyell Marshall.
