Student-Athletes Honored At Annual Athletic Banquet

Reading, Pa. (May 7, 2009) - Alvernia University Athletics honored its student athletes with its 21st Annual Awards Banquet at the Crowne Plaza in Reading on Wednesday May 6th. Senior volleyball and softball player Lauren Crimi (Nazareth, Pa./Notre Dame) and Men's Soccer player Chad Quinter (Exeter, Pa./Exeter) were named the Outstanding Senior Athletes of the Year.

2007-08 Cheerleading

The Crusader Cheerleading team cheers at all home men's and women's basketball games and often travels to away games to support Alvernia basketball. They are also active in various community events.
