Elizabethtown, Pa. (May 4, 2010) - Top-seeded Elizabethtown College (14-4) swept the doubles play then took the first two singles matches for a 5-0 win over Alvernia University (12-4) Tuesday afternoon in semifinal action of the Commonwealth Conference Women's Tennis Championships at Etown. With the match decided, the final four matches were not finished.

Junior Lil Snyder (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter Strasburg) advanced to the semifinals at No. 3 singles and the team of Jenny McKee (York, Pa./York Catholic) and Kayla Morgan (Mohrsville, Pa./Hamburg) advanced to the semifinals at No. 1 doubles.
