COMPLETE RESULTS

Center Valley, Pa. (Oct. 31, 2009) - Alvernia University senior Briget Burger (Lansdale, Pa./LansdaleCatholic) covered the 6K course at the Middle Atlantic States Collegiate Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country race in 26:55 to finish 42nd and lead the Crusaders to a 13th place finish out of 14 teams.

Burger finished 3:21 behind race winner Megan Vandenhengel from Elizabethtown College.  The Crusaders finished two points in front of Widener University and 26 behind 12th place finisher FDU-Florham.

Emily Bieber (Blandon, Pa./Oley Valley) finished 75th in 29:42.  Emily Dietz (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville) was 104th in 32:18.  Katie Roesch (Glenfield, Pa./Oldfields) 118th in 34:54, and Veronica Marzen (Lehighton, Pa./Marian Catholic) 126th in 39:12.

Crusaders 44th In Both Regional Races
Lehigh, Pa. (Nov. 14, 2009) - Senior Bridget Burger (Lansdale, Pa./Lansdale Catholilc) finished the 6K women's race in 103rd (24:32) and freshman Chris Brennan (Reading, Pa./Exeter) finished the 8K men's race in 209th (29:21) as the Crusaders finished 44th as a team in both races at the NCAA Cross Country East Regional at Lehigh University.

Burger Continues To Pace Crusaders

(Oct. 17, 2009) - Alvernia University senior Bridget Burger (Lansdale, Pa./Lansdale Catholic) continues to run at a career pace finishing fourth in a time of 25:32 at the Hood College Women's Cross Country Invitational. Burger finished 52 seconds off the pace set by race winner Roni Frey of Shenandoah.

Burger Leads Alvernia To 19th At DeSales
Center Valley, Pa. (Oct. 10, 2009) - Running in the biggest field of the season Alvernia University senior Bridget Burger (Lansdale, Pa./Lansdale Catholic) finished 47th out of 221 runners at the DeSales Women's Cross Country Invitational Saturday morning leading the Crusaders to a 19th place finish out of 25 teams.
